Layered Utilitarian Fashion

The Banana Republic Fall 2010 Collection is Stylishly Practical

Seems like the utilitarian look is taking over the runways of late, most recently seen in the Banana Republic Fall 2010 collection. I can't complain, however. Chic and stylish, this particular brand does it right for the milder of season by focusing on layers.

As stated by their creative director Simon Kneen, the Banana Republic Fall 2010 collection is a "remix of the modern wardrobe." If this is what's expected for the autumn, I'll happily follow suit -- practicality is my middle name, along with style and comfort (yes, my parents were generous).
