The Bambu Lamp by Santiago Sevillano is Stylish and Multi-Functional

At first glance it might not be discernible that the Bambu Lamp is inspired by bamboo despite its name. Wide and stout instead of thin and tall, the only thing that really gives it away is the overall shape of the furniture pieces. A looping wire frame beneath the facade of the Bambu Lamp gives it a lined look, which mimics the stem of bamboo shoots.

The Bambu Lamp was designed by Santiago Sevillano, an industrial designer based in Spain. Made out of pure white polypropylene resin, it might emit a soft glow that gives it a light fixture status, but the Bambu Lamp could be used for other functions. It can double as a stool, side table or even a bucket thanks to its hollowness. The Bambu Lamp is perfect for modern homes.
