Unifying Logo Redesigns

Aziz Firat Imagines a New Look for Samsung

Aziz Firat has reimagined the Samsung logo to give it a more minimalist and unifying look.

"Based on a stylized ‘S’, the new graphic icon for the Korean electronic company folds like a ribbon, formed using an exploded variation of the letter ‘A’ found in the newly created typeface," according to DesignBoom. The result is an attractive yet simplistic logo that exceeds the current design. Samsung has not had a branding update in quite sometime, so this is a much-welcomed development for the large corporation. Aziz Firat states that the logo represents "simplicity, quality and unity" for the popular electronics business, and this is conveyed through the basic outline of the new logo, as well as its memorable look.

Hopefully the new look will be implemented with the Samsung brand soon. Photo Credits: designboom, designboom
