The app has been developed for iPhones and iPads and allows people to search for properties in their area which are for sale or rent. Property hunters can hold up the phone's camera, which will scan the area and alert them on any nearby properties which are available.
Other functions are also available, including property listings and contact details for local agents.
The app was developed with the aim of making property hunting (usually a tiresome experience) easier. The website already allows people to search for properties from the comfort of the own home, but this app allows them to do it on the move as well.
