Husband-and-wife innovators Reza and Shiva Mortazavi have launched a unique cocktail brand, Melograno Cocktails, that is built around the ethos of offering a delectable drinking experience out of a package that is artistically informed, visually stunning and so intricately appealing to the eye that it can be considered an accessory of sorts rather than merely a beverage.

Co-founder Reza Mortazavi said the idea behind Melograno Cocktails was to begin from an artistic perspective. "Our customer is someone who likes to enjoy a cocktail but in a sophisticated way that is also convenient and portable," Mortazavi said. The end result is a collection of canned cocktails whose slim and sleek cans are adorned in gorgeously sophisticated artwork that well and truly elevates the idea of can art.

This collection includes a Pomegranate Cosmopolitan inspired by Persian design, an Orange Blossom Martini with an Asian ceramic aesthetic, a Melon Margarita with West African fabric cues and a Cucumber Lime Mojito that pays homage to European tile work.
