Animal Camouflaging Photography

Art Wolfe Creates a Wildlife Version of 'Where is Waldo?'

Play a fun game with some of the most incredible animals in the wild with Art Wolfe and his animal camouflaging photography.

The photo series entitled 'Vanishing Act' shows pictures of animals within their natural settings while blended seamlessly into the background. When looking at these snaps, it is amazing to see that unlike Waldo, the photographer couldn't simply color the animals into the photos but rather needed to actual spot them before he could take the picture.

These photos have been a continuing project for the artist who began the venture in 1989. Art Wolfe has travelled all around the world snapping pictures to add to the collection, which aside for its aesthetic beauty, has also been pursued because of his long time passion for "focusing on what’s beautiful on the Earth."
