These Eric Elms x Brain Dead Items Dropped at the NYC Art Book Fair

The NYC Art Book Fair plays host to guest lecturers, fine book dealers and this year, the launch of the Eric Elms x Brain Dead capsule collection.

The capsule collection incorporates Elms' unique style of graphics, which are inspired by 70s and 80s hardcore and punk. Each of the four items in the Eric Elms x Brain Dead capsule collection features Elms' 'Kilroy' character. Kilroy first appeared as a graffiti tag associated with GIs in WWII. Elms' interpretation gives the bald-headed, long-nosed cartoon man a more suggestive tone than the original. In this collection, Kilroy hangs from the mouth of the iconic yellow smiley face and sits on top of the Brain Dead logo.

The Eric Elms x Brain Dead collection includes two shirts, a hat and -- appropriately, since it debuts at an art book fair -- a tote bag.
