This IPA is Loaded With Hints Of Tangerine, Strawberry & Hoppy Goodness

Hood River, Oregon-based pFriem Family Brewers recently launched a wonderful new West Coast IPA that adds another feather to the bow of a company whose highly regarded offerings already include a Hazy IPA, regular IPA and lager among other options.

This particular West Coast IPA makes use of pale malt sourced from the Canadian province of British Columbia, while hop varieties include Strata from Oregon and Citra from the Pacific Northwest. This combination of hops, not to mention the inclusion of corn sugar to bring out the inherent aromas, unsurprisingly results in a beer that is absolutely packed with delectable aromas that range from strawberry and tangerine to grapefruit. Crisp in texture and with a hop profile that is detectable and delicious without being overpowering, this is a West Coast IPA that is accessible.

Josh Pfriem, co-founder and brewmaster over at pFriem Family Brewers, stated that the company's West Coast IPA is a beverage that is aimed at "catering to the evolving tastes of craft beer drinkers."
