Architectural Dessert Trollies

Aesthetically Stunning Hospital Sweets

Being in the hospital is miserable at the best of times, but at Christmas this feeling is multiplied. However an organization called Vital Arts came up with a rather awesome solution for these unlucky individuals. Their aim was to use various arts programs to enhance the experience of patients and staff at Barts and The London NHS Trust.

Working with the Jelly Mongers, Vital Arts created the best dessert trolley ever seen on Earth—one worthy of a place in any of the top hotels and restaurants worldwide. They called it the ‘Architectural Dessert Trolley.’ If anything was going to cheer patients up, then this would be it!

There was a gingerbread gherkin model skyscraper, and a really awesome rainbow of jellies. All were served by penguin suited waiters, and a live harpist completed the exquisite ambiance.
