The Apollo Pizza is a limited-time offering that puts a tasty twist on classic Greek ingredients. The dish starts with garlic olive oil, Italian Herb Seasoning, the chain’s signature three-cheese blend, Calamata olives, and feta cheese. The pizza is also topped with salami, green bell peppers, Roma tomatoes, and a sprinkling of Parmesan upon serving. This tasty combination of ingredients is actually the brainchild of Bryan Liupakka, who is a Manger of the Gig Harbor, Washington Round Table Pizza. Liupakka created the pizza as part of a franchise-wide employee innovation contest that was launched last year.
