This tiny apartment in New York is a new way to think about apartment designs. The 420 sq. ft. apartment can transform in a number of ways, making it surprisingly accommodating.
The apartment is able to accommodate up to 10 people for dinner, has beds for two guests to sleep over, a home office, guest office, storage for bicycles and more. The apartment is able to incorporate all these features in such a small space due to a sliding wall, hidden table, folding beds and other nifty tricks. The dining table rises from the floor, and the beds fold out of the walls. The sliding wall divides the apartment in two so you can have guests sleep over or separate working areas during the day.
