Bare Baroque-Inspired Shoots

The Annie McGinty by Jeff Tse Shots are Classically Provocative

Marie Antoinette might not be everyone’s favorite Queen of France, but her look certainly does make for a breathtaking photoshoot, as shown in this story of Annie McGinty by Jeff Tse.

With Baroque-inspired high-rise hair by Domingo and makeup by artist Kouta, this series salutes classical style, with a contemporary and edgy twist. Baring it all in an extremely tasteful way, Annie is absolutely stunning as she poses against the simple grey backdrop. While I do love the bold, darker lip shades and dramatic smokey eyes, my favorite shot shows Annie with a slightly more natural look that reads less like a costume and is slightly truer to the classical styling.

As a huge fan of the 2006 Sofia Coppola ‘Marie Antoinette’ film, I’m glad to see this look make another comeback. Check out the mesmerizing portraits of a Baroque Annie McGinty by Jeff Tse, for a new twist on the infamous icon.
