Ann Summers Infuses Love and Burlesque into Her Sexy Campaign

As this Ann Summers campaign illustrates, we have yet to see the end of the burlesque beauty movement. This sultry editorial features little color; save for the blood read highlights in her lingerie and accessories, and incredibly faint rouge tinge to the roses scattered on the floor, the image is mostly monochrome.

The model in this ad for the lingerie and naughty toy store is Lois Winstone, daughter of Emmy-award winning father, Ray. The tones of her naughty black and crimson cabaret ensemble are complimented by the antique birdcage containing a glittery heart.

This campaign combines two major themes we've seen in pop culture: burlesque fashion and daughters of famous people in the spotlight, for no other reason than their lineage.

Technically, this fascination with vintage glam is already old, but when will it become stale? And when will new talent get a turn in the limelight?
