Quirky Barn Animal Shelves

This Animal Shelf Brings a little Farm into the City

Designed by Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba for Seletti, this animal shelf is shaped like a cow. This is a relatively surprising choice for these gentle, grazing farm animals might not be known for their grace or aesthetic function. In fact, when most people think "cow," a burger is more likely to come to mind than furniture. However, Malerba's design is surprisingly elegant and roomy. The shelf offers three storage compartments, a naturally colored interior and extra storing shelves. There are even extra storage spaces in the cow's legs. For convenience, it comes equipped with a drop-down table.

The piece is approximately the size of an actual cow, so it requires a little space to accommodate. However, if you do have enough space, it offers a quirky and modern look to any abode.
