Cleverly Personified Animal Gifs

These Animal Gifs are Quirky & Make You Want to Test Their Truth

Michael Whaite, an artist for the British comedy quiz show QI (Quite Interesting), has created 13 animals gifs that highlight some fascinating and bizarre facts about animals. The gifs are created in a child-like, easy-to-understand fashion, making the facts seem that much more befuddling that they are true.

One animal gif highlights that a domestic cat can outrun the fastest man on the planet, Usain Bolt, while another makes mention of the fact that if a shark is flipped over so its stomach is facing upwards, it goes into a trance.

Many of the questions asked on QI are extremely obscure, lessening the likelihood that a participant will get the answer right. In anticipation, QI awards points to participants if they get an answer right, but also on how interesting their answers are regardless of whether they relate to the original question.
