Sharp Wavy Coifs

The Androgyny by John Wright is Steeped in Simplicity

Simplicity goes a long way and the editorial titled Androgyny by John Wright doesn't seem to have an end point despite being short and sweet. Timeless and sharp, everything from the shoot to the fashion and the beauty styling is minimal. Set on a heather grey backdrop, the photo shoot plays with light and dark elements.

Stylist Karen Williams chooses only black and white pieces from such fashion labels as Paul Smith and Hugo Boss. The looks are so streamlined that the subtle finger waves in the models hair -- created by hairstylist Sherman Hawthorne -- add a touch of femininity in an otherwise masculine photo shoot. Krystle Gohl was in charge of the glamorously neutral makeup.

The Androgyny editorial star models Eva Doll and Egle.
