The American Airlines Los Angeles Flash Mob Stuns Passersby

The American Airlines Los Angeles flash mob is the latest public dance display to hit the streets.

The American Airlines Los Angeles flash mob starts off with a father and his daughter walking around; all of a sudden, a man dances past them. As the group descends down the stairs, the audience sees more dancers at the top dancing. Soon, more and more people join to create a wonderful display of a meticulously planned, choreographed dance that has now caught the attention of passersby. It also turns out the father-and-daughter duo was in on it the whole time, as they too participate in the whimsical demonstration.

The flash mob is part of American Airlines' celebration of "10 new destinations from LAX, including a nonstop flight to Shanghai and nine other U.S. cities." The clip was filmed at the U.S. Bank Plaza in downtown Los Angeles.
