These crazy looking altered vegetables, definitely stray from the norm look and feel of grocery store veggies. From a strange buddha pear, to the Lemato (yes, that’s a mixture of a Lemon and a Tomato) these altered veggies are too interesting to eat!
Mostly it’s the crazy colors that throws me for a loop. Who would eat a purple carrot!? Or the insanely turquoise bell pepper? These strangely altered vegetables are exceedingly odd, could you ever imagine going to a grocery store to buy any of these too wild to eat veggies?
