Luke Byrne and Ryan Kenny Went on a Stateside Joy Ride

Australian photographers Luke Byrne and Ryan Kenny embarked on a road trip with a convertible Mustang at their disposal and the American Dream in their pocket.

Their first impressions of America (the Beautiful)? As Kenny so poetically puts it, "America is a lot weirder than I ever expected." Of course, the duo are getting a gritter, more raw travel experience. Their journey, which was a partial expedition to locate their favorite film sets, took them through California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Colorado and New York. They were accompanied by LA model Staz Lindes.

Byrne describes the experience by saying,"Being on the road, sometimes you forget about the incredible things you’re seeing and doing. When Staz got real emotional at the Grand Canyon, it reminded us that our trips are truly worthwhile. Initially when she couldn’t stop crying, we thought we’d done something wrong."
