The Wake + Bacon Sando is a 4/20 Creation

4/20 may have passed, but you can still satisfy your munchies by picking up a Wake + Bacon Sando from Fuku.

As you might have guessed from the name, the new Wake + Bacon Sando is a 4/20 creation that lives up to its name. The sandwich is a collaborative project between Fuku and Dough Doughnuts, making use of each brand's signature ingredient. The sandwich starts with a habanero-brined fried chicken filet, topped with a fried egg, waffle hash brown, and Fuku mayo. All these ingredients are then sandwiched between two halves of a Sichuan chili glazed doughnut from Dough Doughnuts for the ultimate sweet, savory, and spicy pairing.

The new Wake + Bacon Sando is available from April 20th through until April 30 from Fuku Hudson Yards and Fuku at Rockefeller Center.
