The Afterlight app has been updated to feature a new in-app purchase pack, a free filter pack of 16 new styles as well as separate focus and exposure controls to the camera. There is also a low light boost support for the iPhone 5. The Afterlight app's camera is very similar to the iPhone's from iOS 6.
The Afterlight app hosts all the options to change the flash settings, turn the grid overlay off or off and switch between the front and back camera along the top of the screen. At the bottom you are able to choose from the cancel button which will take you back to the home screen. Along the bottom of the screen is the shutter button and the timer button. Just by touching the screen, the focus and exposure is modified.
