Anton Hospitality Holdings has announced the forthcoming relocation of its two acclaimed dining establishments — The Chef's Table and The Tasting Room — from their long-standing home in the Edgewater Hotel to the historic Bond Building in downtown Winter Garden. The projected opening is in mid-2027.
The acclaimed dining establishment relocation move will position The Tasting Room at the corner of Plant and Main streets, while The Chef's Table will occupy the adjacent storefront. Together, they will inhabit the oldest brick structure in the city's historic district, a building that dates back to 1912. The expansion represents a significant upgrade from the restaurants' current configuration, as the new location will feature a substantially enlarged kitchen, expanded dining areas for both concepts, second-floor private dining and event spaces that overlook the downtown streets, and additional covered outdoor seating.
