Kellogg's Worked with Artists to Create 'A Story of Salt and Sugar'

As part of the Reductive Art Exhibition that will tour London and Paris, Kellogg's is showcasing A Story of Salt and Sugar, which features sculptures made entirely of sugar to highlight efforts to reduce sugar and salt in all of its cereals. There are works from eight different artists in A Story of Salt and Sugar, including a Tower Bridge sugar sculpture by Michelle Wibowo. This impressive structure was meticulously put together using 25 kilograms of sugar over the course of 150 hours.

The vilification of sugar in recent years has led many consumers to actively seek out products with low-sugar, no-sugar, or no-added-sugar labels. This growing demand reflects a widespread desire for healthier food and beverage options and a heightened awareness of the impact of sugar on overall well-being.
