ASUS has announced a new PC hardware upgrade inspired by the popular anime series ‘Neon Genesis Evangelion.’ The partnership will include a special edition ‘ROG MAXIMUM Z690 HERO’ motherboard and a ‘ROG STRIX RTX 3090’ graphics card.
"Bolted and grooved" horiziontal lines appear across the graphics card with the ‘NERV,’ ‘EVA01,’ and ‘ROG’ emblems printed on the fans. Purple and green patterns, red under glows, decals, and graphics all take stylistic inspiration from the ‘Evangelion Unit-01.’ The motherboard displays a glowing image of the ‘Unit-01’ mecha, and the design also features GeForce RTX text in ‘Nvidia’ green, the ASUS ‘ROG’ logo, and various other texts and logos.
Although a release date has not been announced yet, fans can follow the ‘asusrog’ Instagram account for updates.
