Craving Classic Films

Warner Bros is Shocked by Sudden Demand for Vintage Films

Some executives at Warner Bros. were almost hyperventilating recently, as demand for their classic video library was so huge they were in shock.

They introduced 150 titles from their classic library and people surged to the website in droves to acquire them. Warner exec George Feltenstein said 140 of the available 150 titles were acquired in about two offers after they were released to the public.

Feltenstein said they have plans to release around 5000 titles before they're through with the project. It could take up to 10 years before they're all ready.

Some of the offerings have never been available to the public before, and include "Westbound," "Possessed," "Mission to Moscow," and "This Woman Is Dangerous."

The titles can either be ordered as a download for $14.95 for a DVD for $19.95 at http://www.warnerarchive.com.
