VR Spin Classes

'The Trip' from 24 Hour Fitness and Les Mills Introduces Immersive Cycling

In order to make the most of technology to enhance spin classes, 24 Hour Fitness partnered up with Les Mills to create a unique fitness experience called 'The Trip.'

Rather than having to rely on an instructor's voice and your own imagination, The Trip is a 35-minute spin class that features a large cinema screen to make the experience of indoor spinning more visual. With this technology in place, riders can embark on virtual journeys up snowy mountains, futuristic race tracks or sunset beaches. Adding stimulation, excitement and versatility to what can easily become a repetitive activity, this immersive experience gives riders a better way to put one foot in front of the other while cycling.
