Mini Set to Release the Eco-Friendly 2025 Mini Countryman SUV

Mini is making an electric model car of its largest model line called the 2025 Mini Countryman SUV with a yellow camouflage body. Head of Mini Stefanie Wurst spoke about the new electric model, saying: "In this way, the new all-electric MINI Countryman demonstrates what the brand stands for: electrified go-kart feeling and a strong focus on a minimal environmental footprint."

The electric car will have similar specs to the BMW iX1, which is also an electric version of the X1 crossover. That particular model contains a dual-motor powertrain with 300 horsepower and a 64.7-kWh battery pack that allows a range of approximately 230 miles. Additionally, this electric version of the Mini Countryman begins production at the BMW Group plant in Leipzig, which makes it the first time a Mini model has been produced entirely in Germany.

Car enthusiasts are developing a rising interest in electric vehicles thanks to their sustainable and high performance design features. While brands like Tesla and Polestar are leaders in this space, Mini also hopes to become a recognized player in the EV market with its bold and eco-friendly SUV.
