Illustrated Sportswear Editorials

Reebok's Collaborative Series Tributes Athletic 1970s Fashion

Reebok Classic collaborated with Garbstore, a retail store located in London, England, to create a collection of sportswear that draws from 1970s fashion for a contemporary adaptation.

In order to relay its 1970s fashion inspiration to the public and show of its new styles, the two companies created an unconventional editorial that depicts a long-haired illustrated male model. Included in the collection are a series of tracksuits, sneakers and branded long-sleeves and t-shirts. Again honoring the 1970s fashion inspiration, Reebok Classic is sure to promote sneaker models that were popular during the time, with its 'Phase II Runner' and 'Classic Leather' in the mix.

In addition to this, the majority of the apparel utilizes muted color palettes and simplistic retro branding, making for a nostalgic collection that's versatile to wear.
