Charge Cars Unveils Its Electric 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback

Charge Cars, a London-based technology company, has released a reimagined version of the iconic 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback. For the new version, the company teamed up with three exciting brands: Arrival, a boutique tech company specializing in electric vehicle design; Roborace, the world's first AI racing platform; and Michelin, the world's leading tire manufacturer.

Together, the brands worked to transform the 1967 Ford Mustang Fastback into a contemporary luxury EV. The combustion engine used in the original model has been swapped for a 536 horsepower electric motor capable of taking drivers from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds. In addition, the all-electric model features 200 miles of range and DC fast charging, which is able to charge the car's 62 kWh battery pack from 20 to 80 percent in one hour's time.
