Many office environments do not offer the ideal setup for taking personal calls. The #003 PhoneBox by Axia Design attempts to establish a bit of privacy with a compact enclosure in which one can stand.
In workplaces where there isn't the space to install cubicles with closed doors, these phone booths are an effective solution. They have a back, a roof and two sides that fold in, all covered in Kvadrat fabric. The combination of the structure and the upholstery allow the object to function as a buffer, blocking noise from the larger surrounding space and muffling the sound of the user's voice. The Prooff #003 PhoneBox also includes a handy ledge for a notepad or your coffee.
