The Xitus fire escape is making a way where there's supposed to be no way. When stuck in a pinch it can often be hopeless, or so it seems. With the Xitus you can escape a situation like a fire or collapse in your home by using the adjustable fire escape wherever it needs to be used.
Not every apartment comes with a fire escape and for those that do there can be issues with the way that they're accessed. For those problems the Xitus is perfect. The Xitus works by attaching to the top of a ledge and then with a rope the Xitus allows the user to lower themselves to safety before it repels back to the next person to save themselves as well.
The hope is that it never has to be used, but in case it does, it's incredibly easy.
