Wyers Restaurant Takes Inspiration From its History as a Textile Factory

Wyers Restaurant is housed in a former textile factory named 'Firma Wyers.'

It is from this rich history that Studio Modijefsky, the design studio who created the space, took its inspiration. Wyers Restaurant is a moody, rugged looking space with rich leather banquette and a hardwood bar with marble accents. The restaurant's logo features a sewing needle piercing the name as an homage to the restaurant's former function. Exposed black matte piping and industrial lamps accent the ceiling of the restaurant and help to set the tone. The former owner of Firma Wyers, J.P. Wyers, had four daughters, and the restaurant is scattered with portraits of mysterious-looking women who presumably imply a connection to the Wyers family.

The menu at restaurant Wyers is American-inspired cuisine with a European twist. Specialties include a 'Roasted Dutch Lamb' that comes topped with a mint-jalapeno pesto.
