Sencentric's SimpleSENCE is Easy-to-Use and Efficient

Sencentric releases an easy-to-use wireless leak detector. Dubbed the SimpleSENCE, the device requires no hub which is where a portion of its efficiency is contained. The smart water management device connects directly to one's phone. The data that is collected by the sensor is stored and accessed through a mobile application. One can monitor the wireless leak detector's battery life -- which is estimated to last up to two years with AAA batteries. One can also assign spaces to the SimpleSENCE sensor through the app, as well as set up alerts.

In addition to detecting leaks, Sencentric's device can also call attention to freezes. The gadget does not display the temporal state, however, it does notify the user when it detects a temperature that is lower than 34 degrees Fahrenheit.
