The Vidde Alfa Electric Snowmobile Was Created with Pininfarina

The Vidde Alfa electric snowmobile has been created in partnership with Pininfarina as an emissions-free winter transportation solution that doesn't hold back when it comes to power or style. The vehicle maintains a quiet operation when in use to make it far less noisy than internal combustion alternatives yet is rated to perform in a similar fashion. The snowmobile is rated to have a much lower emissions footprint than gas-powered alternatives with a rating of 100-grams of CO2 per kilometer compared to the 550-grams of CO2 per kilometer for gas engines.

The Vidde Alfa electric snowmobile is projected to have a late-2024 release date with a model with a wider production horizon slated for 2025. The snowmobile was formally launched at the IceHotel in Swedish Lapland on February 18, 2024.
