The service claims to match meals to consumers needs, preferences and desires, and there are three simple steps involved. The first is to order the variety pack online, where the meals then arrive by mail and can be stored away until they are ready to be consumed. At the beginning of 2018, VegReady is looking to custom-design subscribers' meals with focuses such as energy enhancement, digestive functioning, appetite control and more. By the end of 2018, the brand aims to personalize people's meals to their genes, which will be done after subscribers submit their DNA reports.
