Promising to be a healthier alternative than the original, the creation features plant-based ingredients. This includes kale, red lentils, ginger, and carrots. Furthermore, IKEA reports that the preparation of the veggie hot dog boasts "a CO2eq emission/kg that is approximately 7 times less than [its predecessor]."
