Vans and 'Former' are Launching a Clothing and Footwear Line

Vans and 'Former' have recently announced a new collaboration to create three limited-edition footwear styles, a zippered short-sleeve shirt, and EverRide Stretch boardshorts. Former was founded by pro surfer Dane Reynolds, who since created the LA-based lifestyle brand. Vans, the well-known skateboarding shoe company, has recently become more mainstream thanks to celebrity endorsements.

The collection will include key Vans models, such as the Sk8-Hi 138 FT, Style 36 FT Zip, and La Costa Lite X Slide. The footwear uses high-quality fabrics, including black leather and bone suede. The cargo pant and short-sleeved shirt are made from compact brushed twill and both include a side cargo pocket. All products in the Vans and Former collection will feature Former artwork and Van's staple logo. The new collection will launch worldwide on Vans Surf online on June 22nd.
