The streaming video site's iPhone app lets you view live feeds, chat with other users and interact on the site. Since the iPhone doesn't have a video camera, users of the UStream.tv app can't create their own feeds, but at least they can view them.
This would've been great back when the Shiba Inu puppy cam first came out.
