Dutch-based company used2b has created a series of urban bags and purses that are targeted towards the eco-conscious urbanite who wants to use environmentally friendly products without compromising on style and functionality.
The bags are made out of industrial waste items such as discarded cement packaging, seat belts and, amazingly, tea bags. These materials were given a second life by being used to create durable bags that are robust yet trendy in appearance, perfect for fast-paced urban living. The bags have side pockets and zippers integrated into them for improved functionality.
used2b's products include an urban bag made out of recycled tea sacks, campus-style backpacks and travel bags made from discarded cement packaging. The company's mission statement says that it's a sin to simply throw things away, lamenting that it's 'such a waste.'
