California-based Aventon caused a significant splash when it introduced the Soltera, an urbane e-bike that was well and truly designed for zipping around city streets, but the company is choosing to not rest on its laurels and has already gone about introducing a new and improved successor in the form of the 'Soltera 2,' which offers a range of upgraded features.
The new 'Soltera 2' is an urbane e-bike that features the inclusion of a new torque sensor that is designed to ensure that the ebike's 350-watt motor does a batter job adapting to riders' pedaling power, which ultimately results in a ride that is more smooth and authentic. Meanwhile, the torque sensor also serves to extend range.
Available in mid-step and step-over variants, each of which weigh in at 21 kg, the 'Soltera 2' is priced in at $1,399.
