The Typeseat Print is a Modern Alphabet Made Up of Contemporary Icons

The designer of the Typeseat Print describes the Arabic alphabet as a collection of pictures that were "icons from another era." With this in mind, Tim Fishlock conceived the splendid Typeseat Print that's composed of the symbols of the past century's furniture design.

The letters A through Z are suggested by the choice, the clever orientation and the creative rendering of famous objects like the egg chair, the fluid Panton Chair, the Le Corbusier LC1 and the Eames Lounger. The askew combination of an armchair and a footstool has even been incorporated to create a lowercase J. Rendered in white and gray that pop from the black background, the Typeseat Print poster demonstrates a playful spin on the back story of typography.
