After it was announced that Canadian actor and comedian Seth Rogen would be replacing Morgan Freeman as the guest voice of the Vancouver public transit system, it was revealed that he would also be the one to offer reminders to riders of Toronto's TTC system as well.
The announcement was officially made by TTC spokesperson Brad Ross on Twitter, who posted a photo of himself alongside the Canadian icon. As the CBC explains, Rogen was able to make comedic adjustments to the PSAs for the transit system, adding in some wholesome and relatable humor that's intended to make getting around the city a little more pleasant. Due to this, TTC riders will now hear a much wider and more specific range of announcements.
