Wallflower Architecture + Design Creates the Touching Eden House

Local design studio Wallflower Architecture + Design creates the Touching Eden House, which is a home defined by its timber lattice fade on the outside. This is filled with tropical plants so that it climbs up and around the walls -- the house is made to honor the greenery surrounding the residence.

The goal of this is to encourage more plant growth that comes from the garden gazebos. Robin Tan, the studio's co-founder explains the design influence to Dezeen, stating "The inspiration behind this design was the concept of crafting a biophilic pavilion raised on stilts and wrapped in a veil of timber lattice, delicately nestled at the periphery of the botanic gardens, gently enveloped in lush greenery."
