California chip company Taco Works and Tio Rodrigo Craft Beer Michelada are helping football fans to elevate at-home Game Day experiences with the world's first tortilla chip beer. The beer for a "new homegating tradition" combines two Game Day essentials, beer and tortilla chips, into a limited-edition lager that's available with a complimentary bag of chips.
The light, limited-edition Tortilla Chip Lager is made with more than 400lbs fresh-out-of-the-oven tortilla chips and it boasts notes of zesty lime for a refreshing finish. As head brewer Steve Courier says, "Everyone's been going a bit stir-crazy lately so we wanted to have some fun and shake things up. Why not have your chips and drink them too?"
