Phil's dance videos are one-of-a-kind and have gone viral on YouTube, where they have garnered hundreds of thousands of views.
His dancing recently got him a video spot on Ellen with Ellen's Dance Dare, a competition that got Phil secretly dancing behind people in public.
Phil's pastime has caught the attention of pop singers like the Scissor Sisters, Robyn and Kylie Minogue. You can even see a video of Phil dancing with Ke$ha on his YouTube channel.
"[Dancing] never gets old because it's so innocent," says Villeneuve. "It's from the heart and it puts everyone in a good mood and that's totally why I do it, for those exact reasons."
