Thom Browne's Blazers are Punk-Inspired

Four of Thom Browne's blazers from his Fall 2012 collection have recently been re-released to take advantage of the resurgence of punk-inspired fashions. The limited-edition blazers are currently only available through Browne's NYC flagship store.

The American menswear designer adds a rebellious twist to his gray and navy blazers with studs and safety pins. Two of the garments are sliced in half and held together by safety pins. Although they are not crafty looking, this gives the pieces that DIY punk look.

The dangerous additions adorn pockets, lapels and elbows. The blazer has an attitude that speaks for itself, letting others know to keep their distance -- which I'm sure would be a welcome change on your crowded morning commute; you definitely don't want to mess with someone with spikes on their elbows.
