The HuskyLens Uses an Image Processing Algorithm to Learn

DFRobot, robotics and open source hardware provider, recently announced the launch of the HuskyLens -- a user-friendly, vision sensor that uses the state-of-the-art artificial intelligence. The device is able to learn and recognize new objects, colors, object tracking, line following, tag detection, and even faces using the Kendryte K210 SoC with a dual-core RISC-V 64-bit processor.

The HuksyLens boasts the ability to process images 1,000 times faster than other models on the market and can read up to 30 frames per second. The gadget can seamlessly switch between its multiple algorithms to give users a bespoke experience.

The HuksyLens is compatible with microcontrollers such a LattePanda, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and micro:bit. It is available online from $20 USD on Kickstarter.
