The Body Shop Launched Refill Stations in 400 Stores Around the World

The Body Shop launched refill stations in 400 of its retail locations around the world. The global initiative is part of the brand's commitment to reducing plastic waste in the beauty and cosmetic industries. Recently, the Body Shop announced its plans to expand the initiative in 49% of stores across the U.S. by the end of 2022.

In addition, the retailer will commence a five-year plan to roll out its refill stations in the majority of its stores worldwide. By the end of the year, the Body Shop estimates that it will save 25 tons of plastic and help to prevent up to five pounds of CO2 from entering the atmosphere.
