Students can apply for the four year paid fellowship at the Lagos, Nigeria Andela campus. The global talent accelerator involves a free two week boot camp and rigorous screening process. Not even 1% get in, but those who do receive full-time training that lasts three to five months (1000 hours). They learn about HTML, CSS, JavaScript and similar technologies, obtaining enough coding experience that they could work remotely for a global company. After four years in the talent acceleration program, they can stay on with Andela or apply elsewhere.
