'Take This Lollipop' Turns Facebook Into a Stalker Flick

Most people are aware of the risks and dangers that come with posting all your personal information on social networking sites, but after visiting the 'Take This Lollipop' website, you might want to take some extra precautions when it comes to your profile security settings.

Created by Jason Zada, the same commercial director behind the OfficeMax 'Elf Yourself' ad, the website gathers photos, basic information, news feed updates and your location from your Facebook profile once you allow access to it. At the simple click of the 'Connect with Facebook' button, a short film is created based on your life, showing a strange man in a dark basement viewing your profile. The film ends on a cliffhanger, with the man, played by Bill Oberst Jr., driving to your current location (with the help of Google Maps), as an hour-long countdown appears on the screen (presumably the time left before the stalker finds you).

Take This Lollipop is extremely well done, with nearly flawless digital imaging and implementation of up-to-date Facebook info. If you've got a few minutes to spare, and you're in for a real scare, check out this creepy site now!
